I am going to buy my first street bike in about 2 weeks.  I was wondering which one would be better in yall's opinion.  The C50 is smaller and lighter, maybe better for a beginner, but I don't want to buy a bike that I'll grow out of.  And the price difference is a little much.  What do you guys think?

The C50 series is a great bike all around. I've had Harleys (too top heavy, spend bucks to join a club and ego trip ), the Marauder 1600 ( had a hydraulic lifter go bad, same as C90's),  along with countless other bikes. Currently have a ZX-14 for power, my wife has a 2005 C50 Limited, and I also have a C50T for crusin ( I love it ). Hit the button fuel injection, great gas mileage 50+, very little vibration, shaft drive, liquid cooled, what's not to like??  You should be able to get it at least $500 list price without much discussion, or shop around. Bigger isn't always better, its nice and light, and..... if you want power, get a real fast one, but along with that comes ticket problems and insurance through the roof. The C50T's my favorite overall, not even close.

Just bought the C50 for my first bike and love it. It rides smooth and handles great. I would recomend buying one for your first bike. My brother in-law has had one for a couple of years and still says it has enough power.
