C90T Bad Rear Break Disk

I own a Suzuki C90T and purchased it in April 2007.  After 5,000 miles the rear break disk went out.  The rivets got loose and the disk almost fell apart.  The warranty on the motorcycle paid for it.  After 1,600 miles the rear break disk went out again and the warranty did not want to pay for what had happen.  I ended up paying for the labor and disk and cost me $446.00.  Recently, after 600 miles, it went out for the third time.  I do not know now what to do on this situation.  I do not know if the warranty will pay for it or not.  I am afraid of the motorcycle.  I believe it is not safe anymore. Some of my friends think Suzuki needs to replace the motorcycle because it is a safety issue and my life is on the line.  The warranty on the C90T will expire on April 10, 2008. 
Also, I would feel guilty if I trade it in for another and someone else will purchase the defected motorcycle.  I NEED HELP PLEASE! 

Call your state Rep.  This is a safty issue.  Sometimes they can lean on Suzuki and get them to fess up.
