Ok I a new rider and I just picked up a beautiful 86 Suzuki Intruder on leave and have to figure out a way to get it and my Wrangler across washington state about 5 hours of driving. I''ve seen these front tire cradle towing devices that hook right into your ball hitch receiver. Does anybody have experience with these things. Do I have to disconnect the shaft drive on the bike or just leave it in neutral. Would appreciate some advice here guys.

sorry no exp that way. be very careful disconnec/connecting the shaft drive, if not done correctly you can end up with oil leaks.
I''d have a buddy drive the jeep home while you ride the bike, then give him fare to where he needs to go or drive him.
