2006 C90 electrical troubles   Printable Version Suzuki >> SUZUKI MOTORCYCLES >> Suzuki Touring >> Boulevard C90T, Boulevard C50T >> 2006 C90 electrical troubles Page: [1] Login Message << Older Topic   Newer Topic >> 2006 C90 electrical troubles - 5/24/2007 2:46:37 PM    PasoC90   Posts: 3 Joined: 5/24/2007 Status: offline I have an '06 C90 and have had the thing break down on me 4 times.  Each time it is electrical.  1st time mechanic said "loose battery connection."  I checked it myself and it was NOT loose.  2nd time-"bad clutch switch" they replaced switch.  3rd-"wires rubbed against ech other in headlight assembly, shorted system."  Mechanic fixed that too.  This time, entire elec system went down while I was traveling 70 mph on HWY 101 southbound.  I only have 9500 FREEWAY miles on it.
